What about the delivery of the order?
  • Goods are sent on working days from Monday to Saturday.
  • Due to the current crowds we experience, deliveries can be delayed by 5-12 working days.
  • Due to the crowds, products can be sent at a later time. Flaatch Reserves the right to determine when the products will be shipped.
  • Orders in the Netherlands and within Europe are shipped with DPD or PostNL, orders outside Europe are shipped with our shipping partner UPS.
  • All orders can be tracked through the courier's website with the tracking number.
  • All shoes will be shipped double packed.
  • Clothing and accessory orders are shipped in a package.
  • Designated shipping times are used for indication only. No rights are reserved for these shipping times.
  • Flaatch Is Not Responsible for the duration of the shipment.

1 How can I track my order?
When your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your Track & Trace number by email.

2 Are your products authentic?
All products on our website are 100% authentic. Each listed product will be completed by our verification process. You can shop without worrying about fakes.

3 Are the shoes you sell completely new?

Yes, all the shoes we sell are completely new and are supplied in original box with the accessories.

4 Why has my order been canceled?

There may be several reasons why an order has been canceled. The most common reason is that you have not completed and paid for your order. If we need to cancel an order, we will always notify you. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.

5 Do you have a Physical Store?
We do not have a physical store where you can visit.

6 My product is not available, do you still get it?
We regularly get the supply of products. If your product is not available, you can send us a DM on our instagram: @ Flaatch We'll see what we can do for you.

7 Do you do trades?
No, we don't do trades.

8 Do you have promo codes?
From time to time we have seasonal and or festival-bound actions. It is always displayed on the homepage. Don't email us for promo codes.
