Do I receive a Track & Trace code as standard?
Yes, all sneakers are shipped with a track & trace code. You can find this code in the email you receive after your order has been shipped.
MY ORDER
Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. This email contains the track & trace number of the carrier, so you can track your order via the attached link.
How do I track my order?
In the confirmation email you will receive a track & trace code from the delivery person, so you can easily track your package.
My track & trace code does not work?
After receiving your track & trace code, it may take up to 24 hours before more information is available.

I entered an incorrect address/email address, what now?
We will send all information to the registered email address and address.
If you discover that you have entered an incorrect email address or address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@flaatch.nl so that we can correct it.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Make sure you contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust or cancel your order in time.

My order arrived damaged, what now?
First, send us an email with all the necessary information and a description of the differences between the product you received and what you ordered. Do not create a return in our portal yet, as this may cause confusion at our warehouse. First, report the damage via info@flaatch.nl.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What are your return policies?
- Returns within 14 days
- Check for stains and damage
- Send your shoes in a separate box. The shoe box itself is not a shipping material.
- All returns are checked by the Flaatch team
- Return costs are at your own expense
- Damaged or lost packages are your responsibility.
- Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days.

You can always return your order within 14 days, no more.

After purchase you will receive the gift card by email, including clear instructions for use.
How long is the gift card valid?
Flaatch gift cards have no expiration date and can only be redeemed online.
