This website is operated by Flaatch . Throughout the site, the terms we, us, our refer to Flaatch . Flaatch offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

1 ORDERS
1.1 When the customer makes an order on the Flaatch website, they make an offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
1.2 Flaatch reserves the right not to deliver in the event that the product was not in stock at the time of receiving the order.
1.3 Flaatch reserves the right to adjust the price of products at any given time. The same applies for our right to mention the correct price for an item that was incorrectly stated on the webshop at the time of ordering.
1.4 In the case of being unable to deliver the product, Flaatch deserves the right to cancel the order. The customer will be contacted, and the payment will be refunded within 7 days.
2 PAYMENT
2.1 The payment methods that are available on the Flaatch website are:

iDeal
2.2 As soon as your order and payment is submitted to the Flaatch webshop, you will receive a notification e-mail with the details of your payment and order.
2.3 For any questions related to your order, customers can contact us at Flaatch @gmail.com. We aim to reply to your message within 5 business days.
3 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
3.1 At Flaatch , we offer two shipping options for your convenience. Please carefully read the following information to understand the implications of each choice.
Standard Shipping (€6.95): By selecting the "Standard" shipping option, your order will be sent without insurance coverage. This means that in the unfortunate event of loss during transit, such as if the package is misplaced by the postal service (e.g., PostNL), Flaatch will not be responsible for reimbursing the costs or any liabilities associated with the lost package.
Insured Shipping (€ 8.95): Opting for the "Assured" shipping option provides you with peace of mind. In the event of loss during transit, Flaatch will take full responsibility and cover the associated costs. If your package is lost or damaged, we will initiate a refund or send a replacement, ensuring that you receive your order without any additional financial burden.
We strongly recommend choosing the insured shipping option if you prefer added protection for your order.
Please note that once the package is handed over to the designated shipping carrier, Flaatch's responsibility for the delivery is transferred to the carrier. While we strive to provide a seamless delivery experience, we cannot be held liable for any delays, loss, or damage that may occur during transit.
3.2 International customs duties and sales taxes on orders for shipments outside the European Union (EU) will not be refunded.
4 RETURN & REFUND POLICY
The Customer holds the right to return or change when the following requirements are met:
- The customer holds the right to open the package and check the contents. All products must be returned in original and unused state. Shoes may only be tried on in doors. We can't and do not accept returns if there are any signs of wear on the shoes. Signs like (but not limited to) creases in the toebox, dirt, dust and other filth in/on the shoe won’t be accepted and will not be eligible for return. Please make sure to check the product before sending it back to us. We have the right to refuse any return or refund if we suspect signs of wear like (but not limited to) the examples stated above.
2. Retour request must be made within 14 days after receiving your order. The shoes must be shipped back within the 14 days of receiving the order, if the shoes are shipped after 14 days or not received by us within 14 days we can refuse the return or charge a fee.
3. The product must be in Original and brand-new state including tags, box, and extra’s if applicable.
If you wish to make a return/exchange, please follow these steps:
Check whether you have the right to return.
- Email us at Flaatch @gmail.com and do a return request, please provide us with your order number
- We will send you an e-mail within 5 business days after the request has been made, in this e-mail you will be able to purchase a retour label (€14,95) . send the package double-boxed & well packed. Flaatch is not responsible for any loss, nor damaging during the shipment.
- The package must be received by us within 14 days of receiving the goods, if not, we won't be able to accept the return and will have to ship it back on the customer's costs.
- Keep the tracking receipt.
- If your return has been received, your request will be processed within 20 working days
Please make sure that all requirements are met before starting a return, if you are not 100% if you can return your order or not, please contact us first. If we for any of the reasons stated above, have to deny a return, we will have to ship back the sneakers with the shipping fees being covered by the customer.
5 EXCHANGE
5.1 If the customer would like to make an exchange, please contact us at Flaatch @gmail.com for the requested product and size. If the exchange is not available, we will send you an email with other suggestions or to refund the full amount. The maximum amount of days to exchange your product is 14 days after receiving it. All items are eligible for a one-time exchange. Note that extra shipping costs may apply to an exchange.
6 USE OF CONSENT
6.1 Not All the content found on the Flaatch website including logos, photographs, and videos belong to Flaatch .
7 DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement. In no case shall Flaatch , our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
8 PRODUCT OR SERVICES
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. 11 SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions
